This space continuously provides mental health and spiritual resources to support your journey. It was created for those moments in your healing journey when you long for companionship, need a reminder that you are not alone, seek a safe space to validate your feelings, or need motivation to continue prioritizing yourself and your mental well-being.

Aura And Co. was made to support you on days that are not so warm and sunny. I’ve spent some of my rainiest days without an umbrella, and not long after the sun reappeared, this space was born. This is my way of offering encouragement and guidance to those searching for it.

Being resilient and navigating through your darkest, cloudiest days on your own does not mean you have to do it alone again.
